Amber Creeper

This modest-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 34 feet (10.4 meters)0.

It takes 4 years for the silver stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The long, tapering, waxy leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) in length. They are solid yellow or peach, with light brown patches, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces thousands of tiny amber flowers.
