Graygrass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)

This big, gray-green grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in thick clumps that are light and frail and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, green flower.

During the early autumn, it produces an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.

It comes in 87 varieties.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
The leaves are bitter, but very healthy.
It has impressive regenerative properties.
The sap is caramel.
