Silkwood Creeper

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 50 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous long and flexible, slanted stems covered in delicate, silky, light brown bark, and the wood inside is yellow-brown.

The branches trail down across the ground that and are covered with sparse amounts of tiny, umbrella-shaped, leaves with irregular edges. The leaves themselves are found in bright green and black varieties, delicate and sticky.

In mid-summer it produces large amounts of large, turquoise flowers with finger-like petals. They are very delicate and have an overpowering scent that smells like cinnamon.
