Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In bogs.
It is short, growing up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps, and is overwhelmingly robust; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release hundred of spores.
