Bloodgrass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This small, blood red and drab orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are durable and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, azure tuft.
During the mid-summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
