Yellowbell

This big flower grows up to 5.8 feet (1.8 meters) tall. Its yellow stems grow from the base of the plant in bunches of 3 and are thin and straight, and split into many branching stems three quarters of the way up, and the small, pink-red leaves are thick with tattered edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

A single medium-sized flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 42 cm (16.5 inches) wide, with solid slate petals decorated with aquamarine lines and a silver central disk. The flower head is made up of many petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight tube. They are hardy.

It has a scent that varies in strength that smells like a damp log, and it has an average amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is a self-pollinator.
