Copper Puffgrass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)This average-sized, orange grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are light and frail.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, copper puff.
During the early summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
The sap causes severe allergic reactions.
