Crimsonvine
Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)This small bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 15 feet (4.6 meters) and growing as high as 66 feet (20.1 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.
It takes 2 months for the emerald stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are hard and brittle.
The very thick, soft leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are either silver, or red with faded red zig-zags, and have jagged edges.
During late spring, the bine produces dozens of colossal slate flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of tiny berries.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
every part of the flower is slightly toxic.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
