Purplegrass

This short, purple grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The sickle shaped stalks grow in thin clumps that are sturdy and flexible and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, silver flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with excessive amounts of small grains.
