Lime Green
Succulent type: Caudiciform (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This average-sized caudiciform grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The very narrow, elongated stem is lime green, and is covered in brittle drab red spines. The curved, bronze trunk can grow to as much as 5 feet (1.5 meters) in diameter at the bottom. Its light brown branches trail down to the ground and start growing at the top the stem.
The small amounts of wavy-edged, long, narrow leaves are either lilac or yellow, with gold dots. They are flexible, and do not detach easily.
It is slow growing, taking 26 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with grey petals on the lower layer and grey petals decorated with aquamarine dots on the inner layer. The central disk is red grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is largely flat with 15 tightly layered narrow petals. It has an intensely strong scent that smells like freshly baked bread.
The caudiciform's skin is rock-hard, the faded yellow flesh is leathery, and the copper sap is thin.
