Copper Moss

This copper moss is commonly found blanketing large areas In bogs, In rainy mountain ranges, and In moorlands.
It is big, growing up to 7 inches (18 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald triangular capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-summer to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
