Yellowtail Grass

This average-sized, yellow-green grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in thick clumps that are resistant and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, grey tail.

During the early autumn, it produces a fair amount of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of small grains.
