Magenta Creeper

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This short creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 23 feet (7.0 meters) and growing as high as 64 feet (19.5 meters).

It takes 11 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are thick and twisted.

The slender, pointed, crispy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are magenta on the sides and deep yellow at the center, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of tiny cyan flowers.

It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
The sap is subtle red.
The seeds are toxic to people but not to certain animals.
