Magenta
Flower type: Perennial (Stores water in the thickened base of its stem)This large flower grows up to 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) tall. Its gray-green stem is thin and straight with a curved tip, and the small, pink-red leaves are light moss green on the underside and are perforated with rounded edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.
A single giant flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 39 cm (15.4 inches) wide, with petals that are magenta in the center, light brown in the middle and sky blue at the edges. The flower head is made up of many petals in raised layers. They detach easily.
It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like soap, and it has copious amounts of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects , but is also visited by a small species of bird.
The sap is white.
