Coppervine

This small bine is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and growing as high as 321 feet (97.8 meters).

It takes 5 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and slick.

The wide, leathery leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are found in olive and aquamarine varieties, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the bine produces copious amounts of average gold flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces lots of small fruits.
