Blazegrass
Grass type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small, orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thick stalks grow in thick clumps that are robust and they spread and grow quickly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, red spikelet.
During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few tiny grains.
It is suitable for making paper
It can survive a long time without water.
