Golden Bine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This large bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 150 feet (45.7 meters) and growing as high as 76 feet (23.2 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.

It takes 10 months for the red stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 11 inches (28 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The stiff, pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 2.0 feet (61 cm) in length. They are gold and yellow, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the bine produces thousands of large beige flowers.

It can survive a long time without water.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
