Crimson Creeper

This modest-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 46 feet (14.0 meters) and growing as high as 56 feet (17.1 meters).

It takes 3 years for the crimson stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are rough and prickly.

The long, narrow, smooth leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are caramel and pastel green, and have smooth edges.

It makes a distinctive sound when the wind blows through it.
