Bluevine

This average-sized vine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 43 feet (13.1 meters) and growing as high as 841 feet (256.3 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 5 years for the gentle blue stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The stiff, pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 1.3 feet (38 cm) in length. They are solid lilac or light brown, with orange lines, and have wavy edges.
