Yellowvine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This modest-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 28 feet (8.5 meters) and growing as high as 25 feet (7.6 meters).

It takes 5 years for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 4 inches (10 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The sickle shaped, smooth leaves reach up to 1.4 feet (43 cm) in length. They are cream on the edges and dark yellow at the center, and have ripped edges.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
The sap causes severe allergic reactions.
