Bloodspot

This average-sized flower grows up to 10 inches (25 cm) tall. Its slate and dark brown stem is wispy, and the tiny, yellow-green leaves are white on the underside and are broad, flat with wavy edges. Many leaves grow along the entire length of the stem.

A single large flower sits at the end of each stem. The flowers are 10 cm (3.9 inches) wide, with solid white petals decorated with blood red dots and a peach central disk. The flower head is made up of 15 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight star. They detach easily.

It has a delicate scent that smells like faeces, and it has a modest amount of pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind, but is also visited by a small species of bird.
