Burgundy Bluegrass

Grass type: Biennial (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This average-sized, burgundy grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in sparse patches that are robust.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, blue puff.

During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.

It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
All parts of the grass are edible.
All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
