Graygrass
Grass type: Annual (Stores water in its stem)This giant, gray-green grass grows up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in sparse patches that are strong and tough and they overwhelm an area rapidly.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, caramel flower.
During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with lots of large grains.
It is possible to grow it from cuttings.
