Rockvine

This large creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 232 feet (70.7 meters) and growing as high as 100 feet (30.5 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 12 months for the yellow-green and light brown stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 1.6 feet (48 cm) and are hard and brittle.

The sickle shaped, clammy leaves reach up to 2.7 feet (81 cm) in length. They are generally crimson, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of average olive flowers, and during the early autumn, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of small fruits.
