Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In rainforests, In rainy mountain ranges, and On trees.
It is big, growing up to 9 inches (23 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps and they are slow to spread and grow, and is very tough.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
