Moss Green Vine

This giant vine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,562 feet (476.1 meters) and growing as high as 853 feet (260.0 meters).

It takes 8 years for the yellow-green and moss green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2.9 feet (89 cm) and are rough and fibrous.

The broad, flat, crispy leaves reach up to 3.7 feet (1.1 meters) in length. They are caramel on the sides and grey at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces copious amounts of small copper flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces a handful of very large fruits.
