Coppervine

This small flower grows up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. Its burgundy stem is wispy, and the small, copper leaves are pleated with tattered edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the stem.

Two giant flowers sit at the end of each stem. The flowers are 11 cm (4.3 inches) wide, with copper petals and an amber central disk. The flower head is largely flat with 6 widely spaced narrow petals. They fall easily.

It has a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like fruity, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by the wind, but is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.
