Azure Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This small creeper is a quick growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 9 feet (2.7 meters) and growing as high as 968 feet (295.0 meters).
It takes 2 months for the azure stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and woody.
The V-shaped, soft leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are solid bronze with white zig-zags, and have irregular edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of average sky blue flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of tiny berries.
The leaves are excellent for making pulp fibers.
