Pink Thorn Succulent

This giant leaf succulent grows up to 164 feet (50.0 meters) tall. The finger-like stem is lime green, and is covered in thick sheets of flexible pink spines. The bubbly leaves are slate on the edges and orange at the center. Thick bunches of them grow on thin, red branches that trail down towards the ground. The leaves are durable, and detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 6 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, several flowers with petals that are either dark grey or purple, with a yellow center grow at the top, reappearing after 6 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is made up of 27 petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight sphere. It has a mildly strong scent that smells like glue.

The leaf succulent's skin is rock-hard, the olive flesh is rubbery, and the hazel sap is thin.
