Magenta

This average-sized fruit tree grows up to 18 feet (5.5 meters) tall and lives for up to 20 years, with the oldest known specimen being around 31 years old. It is very resistant to disease but is susceptible to destructive insect infestation.

It has a branched, straight trunk covered in hard, silky, dark green bark, and inside, the soft wood is light brown.

The abundance of branches are very short and thin and are covered with thick bunches of large, 9 pointed leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are either magenta, or aquamarine with faded green zig-zags.

In early spring, it produces hundreds of medium-sized, intense blue blossoms with perforated petals with a tube-like floral cup. They are sturdy and have a scent whose strength depends on external factors, such as soil quality and rain frequency that smells like lemon.

In early winter it produces , asymmetrical fruit. The waxy peach skin is thin and sweet, and the soft aquamarine flesh is spicy and powdery. The lime seeds are small and are scattered throughout the fruit.

The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with the space between filled with undergrowth.
