Silverberry Creeper

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This huge creeper is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,016 feet (919.3 meters) and growing as high as 815 feet (248.4 meters).

It takes 47 years for the orange-yellow stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1.6 feet (48 cm) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The stiff, pointed, sticky leaves reach up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) in length. They are solid grey with orange patches, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of average silver flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces a handful of large berries.

It is said to be able to live for hundreds of years.
It is difficult to kill and will quickly regrow if cut.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
