Pinkheart

This average-sized caudiciform grows up to 72 feet (21.9 meters) tall. The narrow stem is moss green, and is covered in thousands of rigid silver spines. The round, brown trunk can grow to as much as 72 feet (21.9 meters) in diameter. Its silver branches are very long and slender.

The tattered-edged, thin leaves are solid pink with bold green splotches. They are flimsy, but easily come away when pulled.

It is steady-growing, taking 10 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are generally sky blue; each flower tends to be a variation of this colour grows at the top, reappearing once every 3 years. The flower head is shaped like a heart made up of handfuls of widely spaced, round-tipped petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like lemon.

The caudiciform's skin is thin, the blue flesh is smooth, and the indigo sap is thin and can kill if consumed.
