Lilac Succulent

This modest-sized leaf succulent grows up to 56 feet (17.1 meters) tall. The wispy stem is yellow-green, and is dotted with small white spines. The pebble-like leaves are green and lilac. Handfuls of them grow on very thick, pink-red branches that trail down across the ground. The leaves are robust, but take little effort to detach.

It is fast growing, taking 3 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with petals that are cream on the underside and peach on the top grows at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight trumpet. It has a delicate scent that smells like lemon.

The leaf succulent's skin is thick, the magenta flesh is slimy, and the orange sap is thin.
