Blueberry Vine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 18 feet (5.5 meters) and growing as high as 877 feet (267.3 meters).

It takes 6 months for the sky blue stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are hard and brittle.

The fan-like, soft leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are solid pastel red or lime, with purple splotches, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the vine produces dozens of average blue flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces a few large berries.
