Burgundy Daisy

Flower type: Biennial (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This modest-sized flower grows up to 11 inches (28 cm) tall. Its green stem is very thick, and the miniature, moss green leaves are dark burgundy on the underside and are finger-like with irregular edges. The leaves alternate on the stem.

Each stem splits 2 to 4 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 48 cm (18.9 inches) wide, with pink petals and a yellow center. The flower head is made up of 10 petals in raised layers. They are sturdy.

It has a strong scent that smells like cherry, and it has excessive amounts of pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird.

All of it is said to be part of one single, massive plant.
It is very delicate and is easy to kill.
