Pink-Red Leaf Shrub

It has dozens of sturdy, wavy stems covered in rough, brown-green bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.
The branches are short, rigid and upright with thousands of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of tiny, spear shaped, leaves with serrated edges. The leaves themselves are a shade of pink-red that gradient shifts to faded green at the top, frail and clammy.
It produces many balls of small, peach flowers with 4 oval-shaped shaped petals. They are very delicate and have an intensely strong scent that smells like onion. In late summer it forms tinydark grey, shelled seeds.
