Emerald

This gray-green moss is commonly found growing in giant clumps In bogs, and On rotten logs.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps are exceptionally hardy, and is slightly delicate.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores; it can cause allergic reactions.
