Burgundy Grass

This large, burgundy grass grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in small clumps that are resistant.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, vibrant orange puff.

During the early winter, it produces very little pollen, but can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of small grains.
