Silvervine

This colossal vine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,490 feet (1,063.8 meters) and growing as high as 675 feet (205.7 meters).

It takes 32 years for the gray-green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 2.4 feet (74 cm) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The 3 pointed, sticky leaves reach up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) in length. They are white on the edges and silver at the center, and have tattered edges.

During late spring, the vine produces handfuls of average indigo flowers, and during the late summer, after flowering, it produces excessive amounts of very large seed pods.
