Magenta

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 12 feet (3.7 meters) and growing as high as 696 feet (212.1 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.

It takes 3 months for the magenta or gold stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and slick.

The asymmetrical, fuzzy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are found in red and red varieties, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a thick sheet of small gold flowers, and during the late autumn, after flowering, it produces copious amounts of large berries.
