Amberdish

This average-sized flower grows up to 10 inches (25 cm) tall. Its moss green stem is thick and straight, and the miniature, yellow-green leaves are slender, pointed with smooth edges. A pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Each stem splits 6 to 10 times; a single medium-sized flower grows at the end of each split. The flowers are 9 cm (3.5 inches) wide, with petals that are either amber or brown, with a yellow center. The flower head is shaped like a dish made up of 18 widely spaced, round-tipped petals. They are sturdy.

It has a fairly strong scent that smells like alcohol, and it has an average amount of pollen. It is pollinated by insects and is visited by a large variety of them.
