Copper Creeper
Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)This average-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 38 feet (11.6 meters) and growing as high as 58 feet (17.7 meters).
It takes 4 years for the copper stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2 inches (5 cm) and are rough and gnarled.
The finger-like, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 9 inches (23 cm) in length. They are either dark green, or black with cyan splotches, and have rounded edges.
During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of average gold flowers.
It spreads easily and often blanket large areas.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
