Golden Creeper

This average-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 42 feet (12.8 meters) and growing as high as 406 feet (123.7 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 8 months for the lime green stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The wispy, covered in fine hairs leaves reach up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) in length. They are beige on the edges and gold at the center, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces hundreds of small ashy red flowers.
