Golden Moss

This orange-yellow moss is commonly found growing in small clumps On rotten logs, In bogs, and In moorlands.
It is big, growing up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps, and is slightly strong.
When mature, emerald shield-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release thousands of spores.
