Sunburst Grass

This modest-sized, yellow-green grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The 7 pointed stalks grow in extensive patches that are prone to bending and snapping under stress and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, black puff.

During the mid-summer, it produces an average amount of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of giant grains.
