Orange Moss

This orange moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In bogs.
It is enormous, growing up to 1.0 foot (30 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is very tough.
When mature, emerald teardrop-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late summer to release millions of spores.
