Copperleaf

This colossal shrub grows up to 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall and lives for around 26 years. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has numerous flexible, wonky stems covered in paper-thin, cracked, brown-green speckled bark, and the wood inside is brown.

The branches are short and thin that and are covered with thick bunches of giant, very narrow and elongated, leaves with wavy edges. The leaves themselves are found in brilliant green and copper varieties, hardy and crispy.

It produces dozens of giant, purple flowers with sickle shaped petals with a tube-like floral cup. They fall easily and have a strong scent that smells like vomit. In early autumn it forms medium-sizedorange, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.
