Bluegrass

This big, blue grass grows up to 6 feet (1.8 meters) tall. The very thick stalks grow in extensive patches that are strong.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, pink tuft.

During the late summer, it produces copious amounts of pollen; it can can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a modest amount of large grains.
