Caramelleaf

This modest-sized shrub grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall and lives for around 39 years. It is somewhat resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has many very thick, crooked stems covered in delicate, cracked, light gray bark, and the wood inside is gray.

The branches are very long, thin and wispy with hundreds of twigs that and are covered with copious amounts of tiny, thin, leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are found in light brown, orange and caramel varieties, sturdy and fuzzy.

It produces several small, amber flowers with perforated petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They are hardy and have an overpowering scent that smells like lavender. In mid-autumn it forms tinycrimson, shelled seeds.
