Coppervine

This average-sized bine is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 37 feet (11.3 meters) and growing as high as 942 feet (287.1 meters). It prefers to grow on man-made objects.

It takes 3 years for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they have often fused together into ropes with a diameter of 2 inches (5 cm) and are rough and fibrous.

The thin, leathery leaves reach up to 7 inches (18 cm) in length. They are copper and black, and have serrated edges.
